On a copy of your plot plan, please draw the change in the location of where the proposed addition / improvement will be built and upload it with your application. For fence installations, indicate all dimensions, measurements from lot lines, easement and gate locations. YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE REVIEWED AND WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT A DETAILED PLOT PLAN. 2) Any applicable permits or waivers. 3) Elevations and Blueprints or working drawings indicating all dimensions. Manufacturer color samples and codes for painting projects. 4) If available, a photograph or drawing of a similar completed project. 5) If any part of the project or improvement extends into an easement, an Easement Waiver is required. YOUR APPLCAITION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED ITEMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. THE COMMITTEE THEN HAS UP TO 21 DAYS TO REPLY ONCE ALL REQUIRED ITEMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
